1. Any fish you want to eat #raw needs to be #frozen first.
2. #Portion out the center cuts.
3. Some dice portions for #poke, some slices for #nigiri.
4. Adding #vinegar, #sugar, #oliveoil to the #rice.
5. Gotta take out the seeds from the #cukes.
6. Making some #veggierolls without fish for the #wife.
7. #spicytuna and #avacado for meeeeee
8. This bite right here is my absolute favorite food item full stop. The texture and flavor combos is unparalleled. Dip it in some soy and down the hatch. #perfection
